Royal Frigo Ltd. was founded in 1994 as a part of Royal Express Forwarding Ltd. (the exclusive representative of Federal Express in Hungary) and became independent, with 100% Hungarian ownership, in 1997 as a result of the growing interests in transport with refrigerator vans.
